In addition to Swedish and sports methods, John applies fascial and neural techniques to treat conditions such as headaches, concussions, digestive issues and pelvic pain. By observing the body’s tissue as system of connected chains, he finds that it is often easier to discover weak links that are the source of pain.
Because of his experience in the field, John strongly believes that the ideal therapeutic method is to make sure all the segments of the connective tissue are properly connected, moving well and bear the loads required of them. A person is only as strong as their weakest link, and finding the root cause in these systems can bring many long term benefits: By addressing all the relevant tissue a person can perform, move and live better.

Prior to studying at the CAO, Clarke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Western University. During his time at Western, he studied a variety of health-related topics including exercise physiology, anatomy, sports injuries, nutrition and biomechanics.
Clarke believes that the body is able to self-heal and self-regulate. However, in order to do so, the body’s structure must be in alignment to allow proper functioning of the musculoskeletal and visceral systems, blood flow, and lymphatics. By removing the anatomical root cause of the problem, the body is better able to function properly.

Always working in a team environment, she has learned a lot of necessary skills to provide the best possible service. She is hardworking, kind and always eager to expand her knowledge.
